The persistent speculation surrounding Kenneth ‘Supreme’ McGriff potentially being the father of 50 Cent continues to stir discussions in the Hip Hop community. McGriff, a convicted drug trafficker associated with the Supreme Team, a Queens-based crime syndicate, is often linked to the infamous 2000 shooting where 50 Cent was shot nine times.

Adding fuel to the rumors, McGriff’s son, Kenneth Jr., recently shared a video of him hanging out with Fat Joe, a move that didn’t go unnoticed in the rap world. In a resurfaced interview clip from the Let’s Get To That podcast, McGriff Jr. expressed his gut feeling about being blood-related to the G-Unit leader. According to him, 50 Cent and his father share strikingly similar mannerisms, from the way they act to how they talk and walk.

Acknowledging his connection with 50 Cent’s son, Marquise Jackson, McGriff Jr. suggested that a DNA test might be in order to address the lingering question of their potential familial ties. The suggestion comes amid a backdrop of fans issuing warnings to Fat Joe for his association with McGriff Jr., especially after the latter posted a video of them shopping together, adorned in a “Supreme Team” varsity jacket, a reference to McGriff’s notorious street gang.

The situation has sparked speculation of renewed tensions between Fat Joe and 50 Cent, who, despite settling their past disputes in 2012, remains known for holding grudges. Fans expressed concerns that the recent interactions might reignite a feud between the two rap heavyweights, with many noting 50 Cent’s history of not easily forgetting perceived slights. The unfolding events have fans eagerly awaiting the next chapter in this long-standing narrative within the rap community.
